Screening
Verification includes sanctions screening where data is available. A “clear” result is point-in-time and must be re-checked before binding commitments.
Prohibited use
You may not use MizanDesk to evade sanctions, trade with restricted parties, or misrepresent origin or end-use. We may suspend accounts on reasonable suspicion of violation.
Reporting
Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
