These terms govern use of mizandesk.com and MizanDesk. By creating an account you agree to them.
The platform
MizanDesk provides software to discover counterparties, view market information, and manage trade workflows. We are not a party to your trades unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate company information, comply with applicable sanctions and export laws, and not misuse market or counterparty data. You are responsible for decisions made using the desk.
Availability
Features may be labeled beta or coming soon. We may change or suspend functionality with notice where reasonable. Full enterprise terms available on request.
